This was one of Steph’s first shoots and it was all about enhancing her natural colours and beauty. We shot it in Bondi, and you can tell there’s a beach vibe through it as well.
I love accessories, specially earrings as I feel the photos usually look more polished but Steph didn’t have her ears pierced…so I took it as a challenge to create that polished feel just with the clothes. The beautiful neck in the Elle Zeitoune dress in look 2, the funky sleeves in Alice McCall’s dress in look 1, the sparkles from Trelise Cooper’s design in look 3 and the beautiful open neck from Elliatt in look 2, they all work.
I have to say that I love these photos, they give me so much peace…maybe it’s the way the incredible team behind them made me feel, or the beach vibe in them or just the fact that there are no accessories! 😉
